Order status and parcel tracking
This service looks up your Lavtools order record. It does not display a live parcel location. Carrier tracking is separate: when a tracking reference has been provided for your shipment, use that reference with the carrier.
Need help finding an order?
Check your order confirmation and spam or junk folder. If you still need help, email support@lavtools.com with the name, email address and approximate date used for the purchase. Do not include payment card details.
