Product problems
We will review the problem and explain the refund, replacement, repair or other remedy available under the circumstances and applicable law. If the item needs to come back to us, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please do not continue using an item that appears unsafe.
Your legal rights
The voluntary 30-day return policy is separate from your rights concerning defective goods. Applicable statutory guarantees, implied warranties and other mandatory consumer protections are not excluded or shortened by that return window or by these website policies.
This page does not create a separate fixed-term commercial warranty. If a product includes a specific written warranty, its actual terms must be provided with that product’s information before purchase. Contact us for clarification if warranty information for a particular item is unclear.
